Michelle O'Keefe received her black belt in 2002. She has been instrumental in running the program for the juniors and teens since she was a brown belt. Her friendly, but firm manner helps keep this program an enjoyable experience for all. It should be noted that she is also quite active and well respected in the adult programs. One black belt his been known to say, "She hits harder than most of the high ranking men."

Michelle is a great teacher, student, and practitioner of the arts. Which is sometimes difficult to find all qualities in one person. Besides the above mentioned activities, she is also a Tai Chi practitioner, and is one of our top authorities when it comes to the various forms/katas of the system.
